Zone-tailed hawk

I just got a call from Merrill Webb reporting a ZONE-TAILED HAWK  byt
theUtah Lake State Park in Provo. he saw it around 10-10:30 Saturday
morning (8/21/04). It was flying out of the willows to the fields along
the road that goes to the dike just east  of the entrance to the boat
harbour.
