Eurasian Widgeon

Add one more EURASIAN WIDGEON record for the state
this winter. There's a drake mixed in with the
American's in the open water at the upper end of Deer
Creek Reservoir. It was there at 4:00pm on tuesday,
Jan. 27,2004. I believe this makes four that have been
noted since the first of the year. Every year is sure
different, isn't it!!
