Greetings!
Dana, Julie and I birded Kaufman Ranch today with the prize
bird being a Northern Parula. Other
birds of interest were a Short-eared Owl,
Ring-necked Duck, Yellow-breasted Chat, MacGillivray's
Warblers, lots of beautifully colored Nashville
Warblers, Wilson's Warblers and one Townsend's
Warbler. We saw roughly 35 species on the ranch during our three
hours of birding.
