One female Surf Scoter, a Bonaparte's Gull, and three female Red-breasted
Mergansers on Mantua Reservoir today, but no Black Scoters found. 
However, our disappointment was short-lived, as there was an immature
male Black Scoter on Hyrum Reservoir, along with three female
White-winged Scoters and several Common Loons, all hanging out around the
center of the lake.
