Last April 9, at Bear River MBR, I saw a collared Swan and reported it =
to the North American Bird Banding Program at Patuxent. I just received =
the information from them. According to the report it is a female =
Bewick's (Tundra) Swan that was collared by Utah Division of Wildlife =
approximately 8 miles west of Bear River Bay. The bird had been banded =
on April 3, 2000, just six days before I saw it. I thought there might =
have been others that saw the same bird and would be interested in this =
info.
