directions?

Could someone please give me specific directions as to how to see the
Eurasian Wigeon, Greater White-fronted Goose and you might as well throw
in the Red-shouldered Hawk too.
An unscheduled day off tomorrow gives me time to go.  :)
I realize that this has been posted before.
