Ok you turkey eaters! Some of us were out keeping the world in order [" working"] while  others  were stuffing themselves with stuffing. But we got our reward! At 11am  a  NORTHERN PYGMY OWL made my Thanksgiving day one to remember. 
 Drive 0.7 miles up Diamond Fork Canyon and look in the narrow-leafed cottonwoods on the right side of the road. My son Jay and I " filled" ourselves with more than the usual on this Thanksgiving!
 A drake WOOD DUCK was at the American Fork Marina at 2pm.
