Directions:  From I-15: Take the Pioneer Crossing (American Fork Main Street) exit and go west a couple of miles to 2300 W.  Take 2300 West, and go South 2.3 miles.  The Parking area is on the right side of the road (same one as for Jordan River Airport for model airplanes) .  The trails take off across the road towards Utah Lake. Or you can continue south on the road across the bridge to Inlet Park where there are parking lots, tables and a pavilion, and restroom facilities.
From Saratoga Springs:  From Redwood Road, turn east on 400 South and go about 4 blocks where the road will come to a "T."  Turn left and go about a block or so to the first Inlet Park parking lot.  The pavilion is a block further down the road and the model airport parking is just over the bridge.

Description & Directions:  The Jordan River outlet of Utah Lake is equipped with  the gates that control the height of Utah Lake and the flow of water in the Jordan River. The path along the river is an extension of the Provo-Jordan Parkway and connects to the walking paths of Inlet Park.

Birds: Yellow-headed Blackbird, Virginia Rail, Sora, Snowy Egret, Cattle Egret and Common Snipe are commonly seen.
