Directions:  Go east on Highland Highway (UT 94) from the intersection with Alpine Highway (UT 74)  to 4800 West and turn right (south).  Proceed almost 1/2 mile and turn right on a small road just before you get to Lone Peak High School.  The road goes along the west side of the high school and has several large speed bumps then it curves right going down the hill into the lowlands of the park.
     West Entrance:  Park Road takes off of Alpine Highway going east at about 10130 North.  If you go a couple of blocks or some the road will end and you can walk from there into the park.

Description: This very large park lies between Lone Peak High School on the east and Alpine Highway on the west.  It has a pond, streams and paved paths through mostly natural habitat.

Birds:  (Spring) Belted Kingfisher, MacGillivray's Warbler, other warblers, hummingbirds, Northern Flicker;  (winter) Common Loon, Hermit Thrush, Harris's Sparrow
