Here's a link to the references for Lu Giddings excellent and
interesting presentation he gave at last month's Utah County Birders
meeting at the Bean Museum. (As was promised at the meeting).

Lu's powerpoint presentation would take about a day to down- or upload
on the internet so we decided not to put that on, so those who didn't
