If you're going up South Fork (Provo Canyon) to try for the
Black-throated Blue Warbler, watch for WILD TURKEYS. There were at
least 30 or 40 near the "reception center" with the ponds. Also, watch
for RUFFED GROUSE and a NORTHERN PYGMY-OWL in the location where the
Black-throated Blue Warbler was seen. Pomera and Julie VanMoorhem saw
two grouse along the road and Dennis Shirley and I hear a pygmy-owl
calling on the other side of the stream. ~ Milt
