Horned grebe

The horned grebe Mike Monson reported by the north Springville exit was still there this morning (Mon 3/29/04 8am)in the pond on the north side of the overpass. It is in nice breeding plumage and gave me the best close looks I have ever had. There is a place to pull out and park and observe the birds from above.
