I birded Powell Slough today. I walked around the area. Including both ponds, the smaller and larger ponds. I also walked around through the reeds. I saw 19 species there. I also checked the now drained ponds at UVSC. They still have a bit of water in them.There is a constant flow of water going through it. I was able to see Killdeer and Common Snipe in there.
