Speaker for April 23 UCB Meeting

Josh Heward will speak at the Utah County Birders meeting held this
Wednesday, April 23 at 7:00 at the BYU Bean Museum in the downstairs
auditorium.

Josh will speak about the Bookcliffs, Black Bears and Birds.  For the past
several years, Josh has been working with Hal Black studying Black Bears in
the Bookcliff mountains, a relatively unknown area in eastern Utah.
Wherever Josh goes, he looks for/at birds, and has some good sightings. He
has entered dens occupied by drowsy black bear sows and their cubs and lived
to tell about it. Come and hear his stories.

Please come to hear him speak, and bring some friends.
