Motel accommodations for the Gunnison Sage Grouse Tour

Hi All: 
I contacted Days-Inn motel in Monticello.  A special rate is offered. 
The regular rate is $62.00+ tax.
The offer they gave me is $49.72 including tax.  Accommodations are a
heated swimming pool, two queen sized beds per room and a continental
breakfast.  The $49.72 price is for single or double occupancy.  For your
help in teaming up for double occupancy and pooling of rides I am listing
those who are signed up:Reed Stone, KC Childs, Glenn Barlow, Dennis
Shirley, Brian Shirley, Merrell Web, Kay Stone, Pomera Fronce, Eric
Huish, Bruce Robinson and wife, Alona Huffaker, Bonnie Williams, Dwayne
Huffaker, Carrie Walters, Dana & Arnie Green..  I think we can squeeze a
couple more in.  I will coax if necessary.  

I don,t know quite how to pool rides because most of us won't want to
leave our vehicles on the street over night and some people have to work
on Friday. Suggestions???????????
