I saw a Winter Wren on the Provo River Tail by Vivian Park yesterday afternoon at about 2:00. It was across from Frazier Park about where an old rusty cable goes across the river. There were few other birds except for a Dipper and a pair of Kingfishers at the Vivian Park "water slide" where the Dippers usually hang out.
