The White Winged Scoter continues to hangout around Powell Slough. Some new arrivals were 2 Hooded Mergansers and some Scaup. There was one that I was trying to make into a Greater Scaup. But I am not good enough. But there were definitly some Lesser Scaup. Sorry for all the posts.
