Hello everyone,
In case anyone's interested, both the female Long-tailed Duck and male
Greater Scaup are remaining at the SR-9 (Hurricane) Sewer Ponds. This is
quite a surprise as it's currently hard to find even a Gadwall or a N.
Shoveler in Washington County. Apparently the Greater White-fronted Goose
and the Ross's Goose at the Spring's Estate Pond moved on sometime between
May 5 and 15. If anyone saw them during this period I would very much
appreciate an email.
Also the Southwestern Willow Flycatchers finally arrived back sometime
around the 15th and can be heard singing around Seegmiller early in the
morning.
Best Regards,
Rick Fridell,
Hurricane UT
