The Anna's Hummingbirds in Leeds are alive and
well! After a few cameo appearances this summer and the departure of the
Rufus ruffians, several immature Anna's and an adult female or two
are once again frequenting the feeders. One immature male is trying real
hard to molt into his adult plumage. A pretty scruffy looking little
bird that is best identified by his determined singing. I'll post progress as it
develops.
