This morning, Tuesday, at approximately 11:00am I
saw a Pectoral Sandpiper at the SR 9 sewage ponds. The bird was in the NW pond
(closest to the highway) along the SE shoreline. Look for the beautifully
patterned wing coverts and yellow legs. A nicely defined supercillium is also
noticeable.
