Salt Lake Cemetary surprise

I stopped by the cemetary yesterday to get a start on my 2005 list and was
very surprised to see a flock of red crossbills in the tops of some
evergreen trees feasting on cones.  I didn't realize they hung out down
here in town.  They were moving around quite a bit, but I saw them at
about 950 E. 400 N.

That was actually the first species I saw on my first birding outing of
2005.  Nice way to start off the year!
