I agree. However, responding with an answer to a question that was raised, regarding the legality of the Brant potentially being taken by a waterfowl hunter (Steve Carr's initial speculation), seems proper. It would be unfortunate if the birding community (hunting and non-hunting) were not properly aware of sportsmen legally participating in the current waterfowl season at Bear River Migratory Refuge.
