Cassin's Finch female?

At Powder Mountain I took a photo of a bird I believed to be a female
Cassin's Finch but, after reading up on them a little, I decided it's
possible it could be a first year male (or maybe it's impossible to tell).
It never did turn around so I only have back and partial side shots.  I
would appreciate any input.  The photo can be found at:
