Flycatcher - which one

Now that I've bored you with ants, how about taking a stab at this
flycatcher. It was in my yard today perched on a tomato cage and the first
thing I noticed was the yellow on its belly. I don't recall a crest or
that would have caught my eye first. He was chased off by the finches
before I could take any more photos. Nicky and I think it might be a dusky
flycatcher brought down by the storm (and, if so, that's a life bird). If
anyone else has an opinion, let me know. Here it is:
