Fw: [IBLE] Rexburg Snowy Owl

This SNOW has apparently not been seen since this initial sighting.  But 
I think this is the closest to UT that the irruption has been reported 
so far.

Darren Clark just called to report a Snowy Owl southeast of Rexburg.  It 
was in one of several dead trees at an old homestead about a mile to a 
mile and a half south of Walker, the railroad siding and grain elevators 
where the Saw-Whet Owl was found on the Rexburg Christmas Count.
