burrowing owl

I forgot to mention the burrowing owl the other day.  This is the second year and second burrow with owls here in the winter.  
As you leave the visitor center and go south (towards beach), there is a little pump house on the east side of the road.  As you pass the house, you will curve directly west.   As the curve straightens and before you turn in to the next south curve, the owl will be about 25 yards off the road to the north.
This is the same area as the sage grouse.
Little guys sits right up and lets you take some great pictures from you car.
