I photographed the owl on my way to the island this morning and again
on my way back this afternoon. It pretty much ignored me as I pulled
even with it and took pictures through the window (rolled down, of
course). There were two pellets there this afternoon. It would have
been interesting to photograph it regurgitating the pellets. I missed
the one on the way to the ranch.
The Long-tailed ducks were too far out to get a picture.
