Message: A female Rusty Blackbird was sighted at the Morgan Water Treatment 
Facility today Saturday October 30th.  The bird was first seen by Arnold 
Smith and then seen by Aaron, Weston, Shauna, and Louise Smith.  The bird 
was seen several times over a two to three hour period foraging in an empty 
pond on equatic insects.  Several pictures were taken of the bird.  Also of 
note was a green heron and the surf scoter was back.  Anyone wanting to try
