Forms problem fixed.

The problem with the internet forms has been fixed and tested. You should now be able to report sighting from a "non-list-serve" computer, submit sighting records to the records committee, submit your listing numbers, comments and suggestions, etc.

Most of the information was retrieved from the server, but there were some things that were lost.  It might be good to check and see if the things you've submitted have gotten through.
