RE: An injured bird

Hello, my name is Shanna and I've picked up what appears to be an injured
falcon. I'm not sure where to turn for assistance.  He lets his left wing
hang and there's an abrasion of some sort on the outermost feather.

Can you guys give me any suggestions?
