Band-tailed Pigeon

Today a neighbor called and asked me about same interesting new birds he
had in his yard.He said they were bigger than doves. I quickley went over
with my binocular and puzzled over them until I saw the white collar and
then I looked more closely at the tail and sure enough, they were
Band-tailed Pigeons [3].He lives fairly close to the mouth of Rock Canyon
and 2blocks from me. His name is Joe Rowberry . His phone is 812-0886, a
very nice person. Call and see if he is still seeing them.  He told me
they were in and out.
