Mehranban Wetlands Park

Late Tuesday morning I went looking for Mehranban Wetlands Park in
Draper. There was a little sunshine during my hour of wandering around
that seemed to encourage song sparrows and red-winged black birds to
sing.

I went looking for the wood ducks and was rewarded. Saw five wood ducks.
There were 3 males and 2 females on the pond today. Beautiful ducks!

Saw a total of 11 species in my short outing. The other 10 were pretty
common for winter in this area.=20
