Greetings!
I birded a bit today in Alta. Saw lots of Mountain
Chickadees and Steller's Jays along with a pair of Clark's Nutcrackers and a
Hairy Woodpecker. These birds were all seen in the area where the Alta
Bypass Road bends back toward the canyon road. I met Susan Thomas who owns
the home where the Rosy Finches have been seen in past years. She reported
she has not seen them yet this year.
