Bear River disappoints

Unless time of day is a big factor, Bear River was very disappointing. Oh, the birds are there, but it must have been an aerial survey for the large amount of swans and ducks. They are there all right, but they are two miles north of the north road on the auto tour. I was there at 9:00 am.        Jack Binch
