FWD: Pacific Loon

My dad asked me to pass this along.  He went birding yesterday (Saturday, 
the 7th) and observed an immature Pacific Loon at East Canyon Reservoir.  It 
was near the day use area (with outhouses) that's about midway along the 
lake.  He also reported seeing the Hooded Mergansers and a Barrow's 
Goldeneye, but missed the duck and scoter.  Hopefully, these birds will 
stick around for a few more weeks.  As always...
