The female LONG-TAILED DUCK and its companion WHITE-WINGED SCOTER are still
at East Canyon Reservoir. They were located in the northeastern arm of the
reservior near the buoys. A spotting scope is recommended.
I greatly appreciate those who not only located the duck but reported it.
After failing to locate it on Monday, today's return trip was worth it. A
try to relocate the Northern Pygmy Owl previously reported failed.
