This morning, 11/27/02,  there were 3 drakes and one hen wood ducks on
the pond on the pond west of my place.  On the dike road as you enter
from the east there were 5 chuckar (I think plants) and one other you
turn west, the first turn.  The grleat horned owl reported by Tuula is
still sitting in a tree about 100 yards west of the south extension.  A
Rough-legged hawk in the trees  toward tne north end on the west side of
the dike.  I saw no tree or swamp sparrows.
