I am going to watch the Ironman in Provo this Saturday, and I plan to sneak some birding in (17hrs race), looks like traffic around Provo will be really bad, but I will risk it.
Could someone send me a list of birds that they have seen in Utah County lately? Where and how is Spanish Fork Canyon?
