Black Bellied Whistling Duck at Kaysville Pond

Thanks to David Wheeler and Mark Stackhouse for following up on this sighting. What ever it turns out to be it is an unusual duck/goose. I found pictures of both the Orinocco Goose and the Black Bellied Whistling Duck and have attatched them to this e-mail if anyone else is interested in giving their opinion.
