Redpoll in Provo

A Redpoll showed up at my feeder this afternoon (Sunday) at about 2:30.
Of a good sized group of birders that congregated to get a look at it,
only Robin Tuck got to see it.  I'll keep an eye out tomorrow and see
if it comes back.

Also, Peter Anderson who lives close to the Provo-Orem border reported 
a male Northern Cardinal in his yard -- no doubt one of the 6 imports
brought in about 6 years ago.  Sirpa Grearson has been seeing a male
Cardinal in her yard fairly regularly, not too far north of where Peter
lives (they're both close to Carterville Road).  

It was a pretty exciting Sunday afternoon,
