This morning Barbara Watkins braved the barking dogs at the house where the Eurasian Collared-Doves were being seen to ask the owner about them.  He informed her that they were domesticated and he has had them for about two years now.  He feeds them every day and they are very tame.  Sorry folks!  No lifebird for your list on this one.
