Green-tailed towhee

Would it be uncommon to see a green-tailed towhee on the Provo River
Parkway?  We saw one today.
Also, we saw a huge, gorgeous golden eagle fly down the roadside just
ahead of us in Diamond Fork Canyon.  He then soared effortlessly along
the mountain face looking for lunch while we scrambled to get a picture.
