stilt sandpiper

We saw a juvenile Stilt Sandpiper at the pond at the end of Glover Lane
in Farmington.  It was along the far west shore, on the other side of the
island (the vegetated strip dividing the pond).  There are two breaks
(sand bars) in the vegetation, and the Stilt Sandpiper was visible
through the southern break.  Baird's and Least Sandpipers and Greater and
Lesser Yellowlegs were also in this area.
