Red-necked Phalarope Ut Co

Hi, if you haven't got a Red-neckked Phalarope yet I saw one last night 
(8:00  8/2) along the south side of the airport dike. It was in the same 
place the Stilt Sandpiper was seen.  About half way between the new 
extention and the Southwest corner of the Dike.  I had to look through lots 
of Wilson's Phalaropes.
