Town Warbler & Bl Swift

I guess fall migration has already started.  I saw my first Townsend's 
Warbler for the year this morning.  Is that kind of early?  It was a female 
at the Mt. Timp. trail head at Aspen Grove.  (Ut Co)  I also had a Black 
Swift zip by heading down the canyon.  This was between 8:30 and 9:00 this 
morning (7-27).
