Saltair

I went out to Saltair to look for the Blue Winged
Teals. I didn't see them. But at Saltair I saw Caspian
Terns, Clarks Grebe, and numerous other birds. Then I
went to the Great Salt Lake Marina, where I saw Lesser
Scaup, Ruddy Ducks, A Strange duck I could identify
with a rufous head, and then white below the rufous
head. I then drove back along the frontage road
towards the 7200 west exit on I-80. about a half mile
west of the exit in a group of trees there were Cattle
Egrets working the grasses underneath them. I didn't
have much time to bird it, but was a great hour spent,
about 30 birds total.
