Bear River Bird Refuge

May 2, tour of the refuge. We left home about 4:30 P.M. and was still on
the refuge at sunset. This was a little different, as we usually go early
in the morning. The highlight of the trip was two Great Egrets. A first
for both the wife and I for our life lists. Another one that gave us great
pleasure was two pied-billed grebes. Not a first, but we don't get to see
them often. For the day; 42 species.
