Mark Stackhouse, who is currently on his grouse tour, called and asked =
that I post a sighting of a Northern Parula that was called into the bird =
hotline. =20
It was a male in breeding plumage and was seen in Capital Reef along the =
Fremont River Trail. It was with some Yellow-rumped Warblers in some =
cottonwood trees just past the bridge as you begin the river trail. =20
There was also a report of a possible Buff-breasted Flycatcher at Lytle =
Ranch about 1/4 mile north of the house. Since Mark is on tour, he has =
not been able to call the person who reported it to confirm the sighting. =
