Anna's hummer and Vermilion flycatchers

Today (3-31) Rob Dobbs and I saw an adult male Anna's Hummingbird and a pair
of Vermilion flycatchers at the Red Hills Golf Course in St. George. The
hummingbird was in the patch of native habitat near the west edge of the
course, and the flycatchers were in the cottonwoods near the second tee.
Some additional new spring arrivals included: Bonaparte's and Franklin's
gulls, black-necked stilt, and willet at the SR-9 sewer ponds; two
Swainson's Hawks in the Hurricane Fields; Western kingbird and Barn Swallow
in the Washington Fields; and Violet-green Swallow at Red Hills GC.
