Saturday afternoon at Farmington Bay

Another sure sign of the rapidly (but not quickly enough) approaching =
spring.  Marsh wrens starting to sound giggly, only three Bald Eagles, =
but hundreds upon hundreds of American Avocets have arrived, and are in =
a feeding frenzy.  Also, it doesn't get much better than to hear the =
song of a Western Meadowlark, except when you also get to see him while =
he's singing as the late afternoon sun breaks through the clouds and =
lights him up like the setting sun itself.
